新海校長による歓迎のスピーチ全文
Dear teachers and students of Turramurra High School. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of myself, the staff and the students to welcome you all to Tamahata Junior High School.
My name is Naohito Shinkai, the school’s principal. It is a pleasure to meet you all. This school was first opened 36 years ago. We have 352students and 34 members of staff. The students are cheerful, warm and very good, and are studying and doing club activities everyday.
Today you will have a short stay at this school. You can try our school meals which are quite different to the ones you are used to. At the end of the day you can enjoy many things. We hope that you will have a great time and take away many good memories.
I hope that today the students of Turramurra High School and Tamahata Junior High School are able to enjoy spending their time together. From this interaction a deeper International understanding will surely arise.
Today, please talk a lot with our students, and please be patient and talk slowly to them in easy English. If there is anything you would like to know please ask.
